Request Data Deletion
Welcome to our Data Deletion Request page. We understand the importance of your privacy and data security. If you wish to have your account and all associated data permanently deleted from our databases, please follow the instructions below. Please note that this action is irreversible and will result in the permanent loss of your account, settings, and all associated data.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon your request, we will delete the following information:
- Your user profile and login credentials
- All personal data associated with your account
- Your activity and usage data
- Any content you have created through our service
What This Means
- You will no longer be able to access your account.
- You will lose access to all services and features associated with your account.
- You will not be able to recover any data once your account is deleted.
How to Request Data Deletion
To initiate the data deletion process, please email to th.support@xeersoft.com. In the email you will need to provide your account identification details for verification purposes.

Steps to capture setting page:
1. Press on profile button at bottom tab
2. Select "Manage Account" menu

The account identification details will be:
- Username and password
Timeframe for Deletion
Once your request is confirmed, we will process the deletion of your data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is completed.
